The
apartment is located in Thollon les Memises (950 m), in one of
the chalet-style apartment buildings of residence Le Grand Soleil.
Thollon les Memises is situated on a plateau above Lake Geneva
(Lac Léman), in the Haute Savoie. It is an original French
village with old farms, restaurants en shops.
Résidence Le Grand Soleil can be found in village-part
Le Nouy. The apartment is situated on the second floor. There
are no direct neighbours on the front- as well on the backside
of the building, because of this there is a free view and is there
is much privacy. The apartment sleeps up to 4-6 people.
The
classification is as follows: Hall, an entirely arranged kitchen,
living room with dining area and sitting area, mezzanine (maximum
height 110 cm) with a double bed, bathroom, separate toilet room
and a bedroom. The bedroom contains a double bed and a mezzanine
(maximum height 90 cm) with two single beds.
The surface amounts to 45 square meters. Furthermore there is
a balcony over the complete width of the living room, also the
bedroom is provided with a large balcony. The apartment faces
south-west and receives sun in the morning till the end of the
afternoon. There are views on lake Geneva and to the mountains
(the Memises).
The apartment is equipped with all the facilities. There is a
washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave/oven, a television
and a music installation. In the cellar of the building there
is a ski box.
